Note: The above deed from Dowling to Kelly is unclear.  Nothing in the deed specifies which lots in Block 9 Kelly received.  Investigation into other deeds and tax rolls did not provide any clarity.  So far now, until additional information is discovered, the entire Block 9 will remain in the names of Dowling and Kelly.
